Nathan Jacobsen Managing Director

Nathan is an experienced executive with a proven background in growing and transforming wealth management businesses, including market strategy, M&A, business development, technology, operations and organisation transformation.

Nathan previously worked for Perpetual Private, a high-net-worth advice business, and was responsible for developing new market segments, including advice and trustee services to accounting firms, medical specialists and indigenous communities.

Prior to joining financial services, Nathan worked in strategy and management consulting, and as an officer in the Australian Navy, running leadership programs on the square rig sailing ship, Young Endeavour.

Kevin White Chairman

Kevin graduated as a professional engineer from Melbourne University in 1973 and has spent most of his working life in the financial services industry, including initially as an Investment Banker with Schroders Australia.

He was the founder and managing director of Crowe Horwath Australasia Limited (then known as WHK Group Limited) from 1996 until 2011. 

Kevin was a non‐executive director of the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Limited from 1994 until 2017, and chairman from 2014 until his retirement from the Board. 

In 2013, Kevin acquired a substantial shareholding in Easton Investments and since that time has variously held the positions of managing director and chairman.

In February 2016, he joined Freehills Patent Attorneys as chairman and over the next yearguided the firm to a successful listing on the ASX.

He has a successful track record in building and leading ASX listed companies operating in the financial services sector.

Tony McDonald Non-Executive Director

Tony McDonald is a senior independent director, with extensive governance and wealth management experience.

As the former managing director of a listed financial services company, Tony has knowledgeand expertise across the whole value chain (advice, accounting, funds management and portfolio administration).

Tony has a successful executive track record, having led the Snowball Group from a start-up to a fully integrated advice business with A$4.7 billion in funds under advice.

Carl Scarcella Non-Executive Director

Carl joined the Financial Services industry in 1987. In 2000, Carl was one of the foundation managers of Snowball Group Limited, a listed independent advice business that provided financial services including financial planning, accounting and tax, portfolio management and portfolio administration.

Carl was chief operating officer and company secretary of Snowball from inception through to its merger with the Shadforth Group in 2011, to become SFG Australia Limited.

Following his departure from SFG in 2012, Carl co-founded T&C Consulting Services, a firm that provides advice on growth strategies, governance frameworks, infrastructure solutions and M&A support.

Grahame Evans Chairman Wealth Services

Grahame has been extensively involved with the financial services industry for more than 30 years.

He has held a variety of board positions including Chairman of Australian, Canadian, Singaporean andChinese investment and advice businesses, and also as a director of Malaysian and New Zealand companies.

He is a regular speaker at conferences both in Australia and overseas, and holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Grahame’s executive roles have included CEO Investments for Tower Australia; managing director at AMP Consulting, and group managing director of Centrepoint Wealth.
